COACHING JOURNEY

As an ICF Certified Coach, Bev coaches women executives, people leaders, and individual contributors who feel overwhelmed, burned out, and uncertain from personal, professional, and everyday stressors by teaching them methods to feel confident, centered, and empowered. Bev helps women discover their unique gifts, explore purpose and values, and create a fulfilling work-life balance.

Bev is certified in Leadership Circle Profile and StandOut Strengths assessments and combines it with a positive psychology approach in her coaching methods and solutions. Through coaching with Bev, executives and leaders have discovered their unique leadership style, gained support through work and life transitions, and developed a healthy lifestyle engaging in more intentional self-care.

Coaching is offered in a one-to-one capacity where we partner together in a thought-provoking way to accomplish your short-term or long-term goals. Coaching is also offered in a one-to-many capacity, specifically as a group of individuals completing a structured Positive Intelligence training experience facilitated by Bev.

COACH APPROACH

Every coaching engagement begins with setting intentions that are relevant to your unique season of life and where you desire to be. Any goal that you are working towards needs a strategy to take the steps needed towards accomplishing that goal.

Bev's approach to coaching is based on 4 key components to help you achieve your goals: Positive Psychology, Strengths, Kinesthetic Intelligence, and Action.

  • Positive Psychology – Research demonstrating what works well in service of advancing human behaviors to feel and think as well-beings.
  • Strengths – Activities done with a high skill-level and are also highly energizing.
  • Kinesthetic Intelligence – Physically proficient use of body in learning tasks through a natural awareness.
  • Action – Commitment to take good enough action to move forward.
