I’m Bev, a daughter, wife, mother, and a Personal Development Strengths Coach supporting individuals who are looking for clarity and confidence to honor purpose in life. I deeply believe in exploring the unique gifts you offer, finding what makes you happy and energized at work or home, and doing more of it every single day.

My primary focus is supporting other women – specifically the community of wives, mothers, sisters of football coaches or athletes… and here’s why:

I am a wife of a football coach and we’ve been moving and grooving for over 10 years in that profession. I have compassion, love and a sense of immediate unity for other women who are directly impacted from the life of coach or athletes. I deeply believe that each and every one of these women deserve to re-discover their individual unique identity. Through the chaos of relocating, readjusting to a new team, managing children and pets, saying goodbye (for now) to your family and friends from home, setting up for success with a trustworthy community… you deserve to prioritize yourself and do your work! Find your voice, your purpose, who you are as a woman– and define what’s most important to YOU.

I have over 13 years of experience in Organizational Development, specializing in learning and development, professional coaching, leadership development, process improvement, research and assessments, and strategic analysis. I currently work for The Marcus Buckingham Company as a Senior Content Developer architecting strengths-based learning programs specific to Team Leaders, Team Members and Teams. I also support clients to develop and deliver custom learning experiences specific to organizational standards and norms. I received my PhD from the Alliant International University; my dissertation focused on the exchange relationships employees have with their organizations and how it impacts commitment to the organization. I have completed training in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I am certified as a StandOut Strengths Coach with The Marcus Buckingham Company.
